Jan Wood has been producing documentaries on Women's History, particularly from a feminist perspective with a focus from the 70's onwards.
She has also amassed a vast resource of Archival material covering issues such as reconciliation, Eco Feminism and stopping violence against Women.
She has been producing Community Tv Shows Since 1996. Her focus has been: The Woman's Perspective and she has indulged her passion for recording contemporary Women's history.
Coffee Break:
An ongoing project is the production of the half hour television programme Coffee Break which screens three times weekly in Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.
Because the content of Coffee Break is selected and edited by Jan wood, A new genre has emerged in that the television series is Female-Centric. Coffee Break screens on TVS Sydney, C31 Adelaide and QCTV Brisbane, please check the

Coffee Break has an emphasis on featuring creative minded people and also explores issues surrounding relationships.

Battle Axe:
Battle Axe is a television series made by older women on topics of
interest to the baby boomer generation +. In this fast world of
flicking and clicking the series focuses on content. It tells the
stories of ordinary women doing extraordinary things. some episodes have screened on Coffee Break
Suddenly Years Later:
Because Jan Wood has such a vast video archive collection, she has a
resource of stories. Over the years she has archived hundreds of
people, asking them three questions;
- What are your current projects?
- What led you on the journey to where you are now?
- What is your dream for five years time?
Suddenly all these years later, the guest returns explains what
happened and where they are now headed. Suddenly Years Later is a variation of the concept of "Seven Up."
